Patient Satisfaction Survey
We believe in developing a good relationship with our patients and providing an exceptional level of patient care. We regularly ask for patient feedback to ensure that we provide the best possible service.
Our annual survey results from the survey analysis are positive. We are really happy to learn that our patients would recommend us to friends and family.
We were so pleased that 97% of patients felt they were treated with dignity and respect, were able to effectively communicate with the practice, received a reminder and were made to feel welcome on arrival to the practice. We found that 96% of patients surveyed felt their treatment was adequate and they felt reassured by the dentist. 30% of patients surveyed say they were seen as an emergency patient. While this is high, this supports the need for continuous urgent dental care, we are pleased we are able to see so many patients in pain.

Join us in this years National Smile Month and Brush For Better Health campaign raising awareness of important health issues and better oral health.
During National Smile Month, we are promoting four key messages for better oral health:
- Brush teeth for two minutes, last thing at night and one other time during the day, with a fluoride toothpaste.
- Clean between your teeth every day.
- Cut down how much and how often you have sugary foods and drinks.
- Visit a dentist regularly.
